I’ve built a residential real estate portfolio of 53 units, since starting in 2020, without raising any capital. What started as an effort to replace my W2 job, as an engineer, became something that I thoroughly enjoy. How? My approach is grounded in strategic deal selection, strong relationships with vendors and industry professionals, a relentless focus on value creation, decisive action, and conscientious management, always trying to deliver residents the best that I’m capable of.
My engineering background and compulsion to create were a solid foundation for my pivot into real estate. Real estate scrateches my entrepreneurial itch like a W2 job never could. There’s something deeply satisfying about setting the vision and motivating action.
In addition to seeking great deals, I’m focused on developing systems and teams that will enable my value-add real estate and management strategies to work at scale. Not just to work, but to take the greatest driver of value, delivering excellence for residents, and to do it more efficiently and effectively than ever before.
