Curt began investing in real estate in 2020 and has since built a portfolio of strong-performing assets. Curt’s approach is grounded in strategic deal selection, a relentless focus on value creation through physical improvements and robust operations, strong relationships with industry professionals, decisive action, and conscientious management, striving to deliver residents the best experience.
These principles allowed Curt to retire from his engineering job at an automotive OEM in 2022 and to hire multiple full-time team members in 2025. Curt and his team specialize in value-add multifamily in and around Metro Detroit.
