…within two years starting in 2020. I now own and manage a 53-unit portfolio worth millions of dollars, and this is just the beginning. Careful deal selection, building great relationships with vendors and industry professionals, a relentless focus on adding value, decisiveness, and conscientious management paved the way.  

I, like many investors, started as an engineer with a W2 job.  Designing, building, improving, and solving problems naturally occupy a lot of my headspace.  I, however, always aspired to do something entrepreneurial- something that would scratch that itch where I’m setting the agenda.  Real estate became that thing.  

I love the excitement of tackling progressively larger deals along with the learning and preparation that accompany growth.  I’ve already exceeded the goals that I started with.  Now, love of the game is driving me to set bigger goals and pursue my full potential.  To maximize velocity while developing systems to buy, reposition, and expertly manage properties to deliver a top-notch resident experience at scale.
